We have a very unique program at CrossFit East Hanover – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary  No-Sweat Intro!

During your No-Sweat Intro we will:

  • Get to know you, what motivates you, establish short and long term goals

  • Provide an overview of our unique training methodology

  • Establish a body composition baseline

  • Determine what combination of our services will best the solution to get you where you want to go!
