Your experience at CF East Hanover begins with a free 1-on-1 Intro to CrossFit session. This gives us an opportunity to find the right sessions, skill levels, progressions, and an initial timeline for getting you started and keeping you accountable on your CrossFit journey
Our complimentary 1-on-1 Intro to CrossFit session takes about an hour and we’ll cover everything you need to know to get started. This will give you a chance to experience a basic CrossFit workout and learn about the methodologies used here at CF East Hanover. The private session will allow you to discuss your personal goals with the coach and understand how our programs can help you achieve them.
After you sign up & complete our intro classes!!!
You will work in a class structure. Each of the classes will have a certified instructor leading the you through a warm-up, a review of the movements in the WOD (work out of the day). Followed by a cool down stretch and insight into the WOD as well as time to answer any questions!
How do I get started?
Step 1: Schedule your Free Intro, from the home page under (Free Class Sign Up)
Step 2: Meet with our training professional, discusse your goals, creat a game plan and complete the intro classes!
Step 3: After completion of the Intro series you will join the CFEH family in the group classes and get on the fast track to your best self!
