I’m a busy wife and mother of three teenagers - I get it - life is busy and there never seem to be enough hours in the day. That being said, I 100% believe in the importance of taking care of yourself. For me, that is focusing on my fitness and nutrition. In the long run that makes me happier, healthier, more energetic, a better sleeper and less stressed.

My number 1 motivation for coaching and training is to improve the quality of life for everyone that works with me.

Over the last decade I have made fitness a priority in my life. Starting with boot camps, moving on to triathlon training and settling into the world of Crossfit for the last 4 and a half years. I have been a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer since January 2016.

I am a certified nutrition coach through Healthy Steps Nutrition. I don’t believe in a one-size fits all eating program. If you commit  to nutritional coaching it gives me the opportunity to learn about you - your lifestyle and  explore why you may have failed with nutrition and weight goals in the past. This enables me to set specific, achievable goals with you and come up with a plan that I can then hold you accountable to.

Ongoing coaching allows me to see what’s working and what isn’t a good fit for your lifestyle and we can make changes over time to help you achieve your goals. At the end of the day, the best nutrition plan for you is the one that you can stick to and make lifestyle changes that are sustainable forever.

I have been on this journey and can empathize with how much hard work and dedication it takes. I know success and maintenance is much easier with an accountability partner.
