My approach to training is to first establish what you are already doing right, then find out what your goals are. We will prioritize your goals and discuss a likely time frame and devise a plan to meet those goals. Depending on the goal we will use various training methods to get you there. We know that with fitness and nutrition it's not a one size fits all kind of deal.

I explore the following broad goals as we develop your plan:

  • Mobility & flexibility improvements

  • Strength gains

  • Increased endurance

  • Weight loss & body composition

I also like to share simple things that can be done at home to help your training. May of my clients like to train with circuits using body weight exercises and a variety of equipment - kettle bells, dumb bells, jump ropes, rowing machine, medicine balls, just to name a few. At the end of the day it's your training session and I will always accommodate your preferences while keeping your goals in mind! Whether you are an experienced exerciser or new to fitness, I am confident that we can create a fun exciting game plan that will get you to your goals through great workouts, healthy habits and accountability!
